Iphone wont update or download apps

Started yesterday. The badge tells me i have 4 updates pending but when i go into Appstore it shows the 'open' button instead of 'update'. I tried downloading random apps but they wont download either. Last tweak i installed was Winterboard and a theme for iPad.
