Downloaded a bunch of mods, skyrim crashes

Crashing before the game starts or during start is an indication something a mod requires is completely missing generally, or you royally fucked something up in the game files. I started the game up without mods through SKSE and it worked fine but after installing the game now crashes at the Bethesda logo. I have already sorted my load order and cleaned up my main files.
